Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience! First off, the staff were amazing! They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and were super friendly. Loved the cozy common areas with a fireplace and variety of drinks available. , the location was perfect for skiing with easy access to the slopes and shuttle service to the town.

The communal areas were a bit crowded and could have been cleaner. The communal bath was not as nice as other hotels we've stayed at.

The staff were amazing and helpful. Cozy meals available at the lodge. Free pickup service was a lifesaver. Comfortable beds and clean facilities. Great vibe in the communal areas. Exceptional hosts with local knowledge. First-class drinks selection. Shuttle service made getting around stress-free.

It was all superb.

This lodge is perfectly located near the slopes, making it a convenient spot for skiers. the room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. the communal areas are inviting and have a great atmosphere. Plus, the shuttle service is efficient and hassle-free. Guests can enjoy a wide range of drinks at the bar and dine with peace of mind thanks to the hearty meals on offer. the drying room is spacious and more than adequate.

There may be some aspects of the lodge that disappoint.

The hotel facilities were top-notch with a comfortable lounge for socializing, a bar with great drink options and a restaurant serving delicious meals. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was really helpful in moving around and the location was perfect for accessing the slopes. Staff were always available to offer excellent service.

For us, it was ideal.

We had a great time exploring the area as it was near the incredible slopes and just a short drive from town. the shuttle service was a game, changer, it helped us get around so conveniently, making our stay highly stress, free. the facilities were amazing, especially the cozy lounge which felt like home away from home. the staff was top, notch, always willing to help and make sure that we had a great experience. We enjoyed their recommendations on the local areas and helpful tips that allowed us to have a fantastic romantic escape.

The room was a bit small for our liking and could have been more comfortable and spacious, particularly with the price per night. although there were a few meal options served on site, we would have preferred a wider variety of meals to choose from or even the option to go out for dinner.
